it is scarce bc adoptions from Mexico are rare. they are lengthy and costly. actually, i'm hoping you will be the one with all the info.

i know of one family that adopted from Mexico on these boards, but it was over a year ago, and one family in process. but that is it. i just don't think there IS alot of current info right now.
