Korea doesn't allow two children to be adopted at once. Indeed, most of the agencies require a year between placements, so that each child has a year to become used to their new family before another comes along.
As for escorting, this is an option for some but not all agencies. Since different agencies work only in particular states, you should try to find out which ones work in your state and then ask for feedback via pm.
