Congrats on your decision to adopt! I'm not in your area, so can't comment on specific agencies. We're using a service that allows us to send out to multiple agengies, and we can be gender specific to a point. Sometimes, the match is so early, gender is unknown. We have seen many cases where the Emom specifies a family with no children or only children who were adopted. But also plenty that don't specify. Plus, if you have 2 boys and are wanting a girl, no doubt she will get PLENTY of special attention being the only girl, KWIM!
