Our daughter has not had a g-tube but it is something that has been discussed (many, many times) for her. I wish one had just been put in her when the docs first started talking about it. Now she is much older and eating (fairly well) so she probably won't need/have one. But when it was being discussed I talked to doctors, therapists, nurses and other moms, as well as researching it and I really think it is not as hard as I was preparing myself for. Some of the moms I talked to said it really wasn't that big of a deal.
I hope other people with experience will post for you so you can get some more opinions/advice. Best Wishes - Suz
