We adopted twins last year. We picked them up from the hospital when they were 11 days old. Bio mom wanted nothing to do with them. She did not even look at them when she had them. Bio-grandma came to the hospital(not sure if she saw the twins). Bio-mom told her mom she did not want anyone in the family to take them. We have some of the bio-grandma's information, address and phone number. We are really thinking about contacting them(bio-grandparents). We have no medical history on the twins. If you were in my situation would you want to have a relationship with the bio-GP or should we just let things go. A part of me says that if I do not make contact soon they could move, die, etc and I would never have that chance again. And the other part of me says lets leave things as they are. I also know there is a chance they will not want to see the twins also.

I know this is a decision my husband and I need to make, but I really love all of your advice.
