My girls are 33 months and they are still in their cribs. They have been able to climb in and out of their crib for well over a yr. We are planning to move this summer and I will probably keep them in their crib as we do want to keep somethings familiar for them during the move. Sometime after that I plan to change them to a toddler bed. (We still have 2) That way they will have more floor space in their room to play, we can use the same bedding as for the crib and it is also less laundry for me. I must admit, for me, it also keeps them little just a bit longer. ~smile~ I think moist people switch when their child starts climbing out of the crib but I have usually just kept the child in even if they can climb out. You can set the matress to the lowest setting and lower the rail so it is easier for them to get in and out without falling. Anna
