are you using the flushable wipes? just be careful he dosen't use the whole pack or it will clog the toilet.
i told dd5 to just wipe till the wipe looks clean, to use two or three, then flush, then do it again if not clean.
sometimes if they are little their arms are short and can't reach well. maybe have him bend way over and try.
helps at home but no wipes in public...make sure you poo at home, lol
