The therapist that did the Psychosocial Assessment was very nice (
for the most part)
She got on my nerves a couple of times. During the intake, because she wanted to know pregnancy and family history I told her that my daughter was adopted, she took my personal info, and not a couple of questions later
She asked: What's her mom's name?
I said: I'm her mother. (and gave her my name)
She said: Yeah, but she was adopted, what's her mom's name?
I said: I am her mother, and that's the only name you're going to use for the intake.
We continued with the assessment and everything was going so well. My daughter was her usual sweetheart, so on her way out my daughter gives this woman a hug and a kiss, normal stuff for my kid, because she truly is a sweetheart, so far so good, BUT the woman tells my daughter "Oh, my goodness, you are so sweet, your mom doesn't know what she's missing!"

What????
I just said: "I'm not missing anything!"
