I have been reading alot of the posts here and wondering what opinions are about communication with your agency.
We were matched almost 3 weeks ago-financially and contractually if you know what I mean. I'm pretty sure that I recall being told that I would get medical info immediately and calls weekly to update and check-in regarding appts, etc...
Each week we have had a "new" caseworker and no one seems to know what is going on, or where exactly the file is, or everyone is STILL on the phone...It is so frustrating and feels soooo awkward. (Like a bad lifetime movie...) OBTW, baby will be born end of July.
I don't want to be a pain in the #$%, but I would like to have some info!
How often to do you try to maintain contact with the case worker?? Am I asking for too much?? I'm kinda feeling like I'm losing my marbles!!! Does anyone out there know what this like???
