I emailed them again and they replied that the DNA has not reached the Consular section. But, they said that it would the day after it arrived at the embassy. I replied and again explained that it arrived Monday, so should have gotten to the Consular section yesterday according to their timeline, and asked that they investigate further.
Susie gave me the number...if no word today, I'll call tomorrow.
