Probably the best way is to see if someone traveling for visit or pickup will take it for you. Once they get it to a local hotel you can contact one of several drivers that people on here can recommend (we used a great guy recently) and that guy will pick it up and deliver it. We included $20 for that part and then just paid the USPS domestic cost to get it to the traveling family.
No plans to visit soon, here, but if and when we ever visit or pickup I'm happy to take some stuff.
