As many of you know, we parented Teeter's bio sis
for 3 1/2 months this fall. She moved on to relatives and was then ru'd maybe 2 1/2 months ago. I really thought they might make it. However, she will be coming back into care on Wednesday.
Sadder still, we are not willing to take Big Sis back so she will be going to a completely new place and she is NOT an easy child to parent, so given what I know about my county her new foster home will not be her last
