Karen, all that plainly stinks. Can he really charge $2,000 extra? Is that part of your contract? I understand it is so hard to write that monthly check out for foster fees, especially when you don't plan for it. Sending you big hugs, hoping tomorrow is better for you. Your little one WILL come home, you have to keep fighting!
