I wouldn't worry about it. Some kids just take longer to train at night. Some are growing faster than their bladder can keep up with. Some are just deep sleepers. Eventually you'll get a good month of dry nights and that will be that.
DS was probably about 4.5 when he got out of pull ups. DD was earlier at about 3.8. Its easier to keep the pull ups on than to deal with the clean up the next day!
