So......it is really depressing and we just keep hanging on, knowing that we will hopefully have our daughter one day.
Will we be "old"......yes.....but we are not giving up now!
So....our Saturday morning routine is to go to McDonald's for breakfast/lunch before heading out to grocery shop. We are ordering our breakfast/lunch when it just hit me.....when we get our daughter we will probably be ordering 3 Happy Meals......one for her and one for each of us....along with our senior coffees!!!!! Cause you know....as you get older your appetite shrinks! We laughed and aer still laughing about it. But hey...if you can't laugh now who knows what life will bring later.

I hope things happen for you very soon and your daughter is home!
My DH is 53 (I just turned 40) and we get a kick out of the fact that it won't be long til he can get Senior's rate at hotels where kids stay free. I'm the only expensive one in the family then, lol! And FWIW, I don't eat much more than a happy meal myself already!
Bless you as you wait...
