You're allowed to name our site. There's no competition between us and both this site and Guatadopt provide unique and valuable resources to PAPs and APs.

We had to take our forum down temporarily for a variety of reasons - workload, personal stress, rumor control, and maintenance. One thing that is different about Guatadopt is that we have no real staff. We all have non-adoption jobs that pay our bills. Kelly is also the only person with any technical know how and she is backed up beyond belief with her job. Our forums will be back soon and weekends are the slow time anyway.

We always post all news to the main site, not the forums. I've just posted what we know about this whole PGN offering money to birthmoms this. And contrary to some innuendos we received, this was definitively not done because of any agenda. If anything the timing was the contrary - because we didn't have the ability to make sure folks were getting straightforward, objective information and clarification. We got overloaded in our real lives and had to make the pragmatic decision to take a break for the sake of our families, our jobs, and the sanity of our readers.
