Several people have told me that both kids look like me. The only thing we share is being pale and having chubby cheeks
I think some people, who know they are adopted, try to say it to be nice, thinking I "need" to hear that or something, but I couldn't care less if they were purple with yellow spots. I don't need them to look like me to love them or feel secure in public with them.
Recently we have also had many people remark how the two kids look SO much alike. I guess since they are both pale with blond hair and blue eyes, maybe they fall into the same appearance category. But they share no genetic link and very little ethnic background. Whatever.
