CarriK, I don't mean to minimize what you were told and obviously have no idea who your agency is. If this is true it would undoutbedly be quite troubling. But I must say that I would be amazed if it was.

My very reliable agency heard this from one of their lawyers as well. It seems to have some credence. Scary!
