I would really love to hear any stories from anyone who has had success with placements (and adoptions) from any of the various online photolistings... I have read a lot of comments that make it sound ike it is not very possible. I have just begun in my attempt to possibly adopt this way and it does not seem very... "efficient"
So I am looking for any help and advice out there
