Even when DH tells me I'm a great mom, I think he's just making it up because he thinks I need to hear it. Maybe because we want more than anything to be great at mothering our little ones, it's a bit hard to believe that sometimes we are!

I try to store the compliments in my "back pocket" to counter the heaps of mommy guilt I give myself.
