I was wondering if anyone had any advice about caring for our DD's hair. She is biracial (white/black), and 3 months old. She still has that straight-wavy baby hair, but I've noticed that it tends to get very dry, especially at her occiput. It is likely because she head rubs against the crib sheet when she sleeps. We wash her hair with baby shampoo once every few days.

I've read about different products like Carol's Daughter and Miss Jessie's (and my 2 year old niece, who is black, uses the latter), but my impression is that these are for older kids.

What would you use (if anything) on an infant's hair that hasn't started to change yet?
