Don't know where you are staying but the concierge at the Marriott ordered one for Kate's 1st Birthday.
I asked the day before. I think it was around $50.
There were some posts not long ago about birthday cakes. Shay and Josie's mom (can't think of her forum name) was wondering about B-day cakes, etc.
I think some folks posted about a bakery in the Tikal.
