The Adoption Tax credit is scheduled to expire anyways December 31, 2010. Unless it is extended it will reduce back to the previous $5,000.
We are praying that our second adoption takes place this year and finalizes in 2009 so we can take advantage of the $11,000 tax credit. We also wouldn't be able to adopt without this credit.
