If you are hoping to adopt an infant through domestic infant adoption - that is considered 'parental placement'.
Identified mean's you've already matched and you're looking for services for your adoption outside of matching.
Intermediate would be something like, you plan to match on your own (like using your own networking services) and they will only provide the other services (much like identified, but not yet matched).
At least, that is how I understand it.
