Hi there,

I feel somewhat anxious. For some reasons I feel my dossier is about to be approved but I am not sure about it. So, I am looking for the hints I can possibly get to prove that I am right. I now that my dossier when to the general Secretary office and after that to notary. Does the General Secretary sign only approvals or also rejections? Does anybody know? I am keeping my fingers crossed, maybe this is the time.
