rafael is now 22 years old, he was adopted age 10, in foster care from age 5-10. when i mentioned to rafael that I found his brothers he was thrilled! he waited a whole lifetime for this. He never did actually talk to them I did. rafael has some psycological issues and is not the average 22 year old. he is VERY kind and sweet and now lives with an adopted sister in there own home the adopted mother bought them. She is trying to teach him responsability. He went to job core for 2 years and we are very proud of him. My husband and I are the closet he has come to biological parents. He loves his adopted parents but does not like them. they have kept him from his bio family with no information even to this day. I was told by julius adopted mother that alice had 15 children. that alice was a drug addict and sad to say did terrable stuff to the boys and also lived the homeless life going from man to man.
