As far I know, medical records are confidential. I wouldn't be able to look at the medical records of MY parents (unless they showed them to me)... and I'm not an adoptee. I guess you'll have to contact your birthparents and ask permission to view their medical history. If you want no contact with them, you could make this request through an intermediary such as a lawyer or a volunteer searcher.
