I have been matched with a child in another state, the icpc has been sent from the state and maryland should recieve the papers this week. has anyone went through icpc? is there anything that i can do to advocate for the child to come? What is the chance that icpc could deny the adoption, i have not hear of this but can it happen? I have been matched and have a homestudy.
