Monique, I luv your idea but I don't know how to use it for my situation. I was born in Canada, raised in Kansas. I speak no French, I can't find anyone to tell me anything like hospital name or newspapers. I have name of Parish where baptized which is supposed to be where info is kept but they all speak only french. oh I know they all take english in school, however when they find out you are looking for adoption records they suddenly know no English.
