We'll be waiting for a sibling group whenever my husband gets past his case of cold feet. (At least that's all I hope it is!)

We don't have any biological children and agreed we wanted a family of 3-4 kids, and agreed we only wanted to deal with DSS once, if possible. So, here's hoping for a sib group that lets us do that!

Our friends think we're nuts, but that's OK. That is... they think we're nuts when we talk about adopting that many - they think it's great when we borrow that many of their kids for a day so we can have the practice keeping them all in arm's reach at one time - no talking about us being nuts then! So I think it's just the idea of "adopting" that many that freaks them out.

We'll want older kids. Probably no older than age 8 or 9, but we know the budget will only stretch to allow one pre-school child. We just won't have the money for full-time daycare for more than one, even factoring in a subsidy. Ages 4,6,8 would be a perfect match!

And we're hoping for boys, too, or at least *mostly* boys.

So whenever we get back on the track of doing stuff with our agency, we shouldn't have to wait too long. And I agree with Angelical - the number of threesomes listed is huge!!! And most of them are boys, many of them in our age range! :-)
