Our experience was similar to Joelle's. They spent the bulk of the time finding out about us and why we wanted to foster, our past, how we handle dispiline, etc. They did do an initial walk-through and let us know what needed to be changed.
All and all it was much easier than I expected and we went through the whole process really fast. 28 days to certification and then we recieved a call for our first placement the next day! Whew!
