Apparantly they are busy. I believe the same people who run the magazine also run this web site. I have an agreement with them for them to develop a couple of web sites. This agreement was made October 2002 and they still aren't up and running fully. So, if it is the same group, you might have to call or check to see if it is a monthly magazine or a quarterly magazine.
