Search for bio-sisters

Hello,
My son, Ryan, is 25 yrs. old now, w/ his own family. His father had told me years ago, that he and his ex had adopted out a daughter, because they were both going to jail. Recently, my son has been in touch w/ his Dad. Ryan wants to ask his Dad if he knows anything, but, doesn't feel comfortable doing so. He feels he would be prying. But, he did agree for me to do some searching for him.
A search of the California birth records....we discover, Ryan has 2 sisters! DOB for the baby girl I was told was possibly named Roxanne, turned out to be:
Cassandra N. (********) Lofton/ Cassandra N. (********) Johnson
01/17/1973 Ventura, Ventura County, California. (Father's surname and her mother's married name.)
The second daughter I found was facilitated by the fact that both her mother's maiden name was used, and the father's distinctive surname.
Tammy L. (*******)/ Tammy L. (*******) ********
04/16/1969 Ventura, Ventura County, California. (Father's surname and mother's maiden name.
It seems info. was provided on the birth records so the girls would have something to search on. If and when they chose to do so.
We are familiar with adoption as I have one younger, half-sister who was adopted. We found and have known her for a few years, now.
My late husband had 2 daughters living in Colorado when he passed in 1983. Amazingly, we were able to connect through the internet beginning in 2001. Sadly, the girls only living blood aunt, passed in Ventura, California before we could locate her. This aunt had 3 sons and we are still trying to locate them.
I have met one of my step-daughters, Chellene, who had the un-answered question of who her Dad was. She visited Ventura and found the obituary for the man her mother said was her father. She discovered that he died earlier than told by mom. When I came into the picture, I confirmed to her that her real bio-father was indeed, the same as her sister's. Not the same as her older brother, who is the girls cousin, also. The 2 father's were brothers. The mother doesn't know how to tell the truth. So, I have been their only link with their deceased father.
We are trying to make arrangements now, for both of the girls to visit me where their Dad died, here in Joshua Tree, California in mid- November. They want to see all the area where their Dad grew-up and they were born. I'm also, planning on showing them the peach farm of their great-great grandfather, who was instrumental in starting the farming of lima beans in the Ventura area. (Genealogy is my hobby, so that has helped us search.)
We'd like to find any of the people who knew their Dad at Ventura High School, around 1960.

Thank you for listening. I hope that this isn't too confusing for you. Believe it or not, my son's father discovered he was adopted by his step-father. His mom was married, had an affair (with a musician from Ventura, still living, have name). She went to Missouri to have the baby. She then, reunited with her husband and he adopted the baby boy. This sounds like an adoption ad or something!! LoL!!! Thank you again, for your time.
Always, ReBecca
