well it seems that when we get over one hurdle tere's another. We need to get $ to start rolling. I tried MBNA and Wells fargo financial, I even called Ditech for Pete's sake! Nothing. Our credit isn't perfect and to be able to get a loan we need we are about 20 points away on our credit. We tried to get a second morgatge but we need to have a higher credit rating to qualify for the up to 125% loans. We don't have enough equity alone to be able to borrow the amount we need. Does anyone know of any grants, and fundraisers we can do? We are doing a domestic adoption.
