the "supervision" to be handled once child is placed in my home? (I have a social worker to do a homestudy- which I will have to send copies to agencies- just need to find the agencies that will deal with Canadian applicants).Have got a fairly good handle on Canadian immigration regulations- adoption has to be finalised before landed immigrant status would be granted from what I've gathered- but would need

a letter of permission from child's agency - giving child permission to travel with me to Canada and remain with me---

this covers till adoption is finialized in child's state.

Anyone have any more info that I need?

Thanks.
