Thank you for answering my questions. So, what you're saying is that if I become the foster parent for this little boy, it's possible that he could live with us for quite some time and then his parents would still have the option to take him back at any time?
Is there a time limit in which they need to make this decision?
I read in another thread of yours that you adopted through "special adoptions". Is that a particular branch of the DSS, or does that mean "special needs"?
