Fost er-adopt
I don't know what "Foster to Adopt" means. Do I have to become the child's foster parent before I can adopt him? If the child is in foster care now and his foster family, for some unknown reason, cannot pursue adoption, can I pursue adopting him or must I first become his foster parent? This is all very new to me.
I went to my local library and went throught the MARE photolistings. I found a little boy that I fell in love with. His scenario is what I described above. It also states in his bio that "although he in not free for adoption he is need of a loving family". What does this mean? "not free for adoption"
Novice questions, I'm sure, but I'm just starting out.
If anyone could repy, I would once again appreciate it.
