do we still qualify for abandonment?
My husband is trying to adopt our daughter. The absent father has not made any contact for 2 and a half years. And we had not recieved any child support for over a year. last month the child support services made a mistake and sent me a check or $1.25. Will this stop us from filing for abandonment?
