With no voice and no defense, this is already a lost case!!!
The cold reality is that this child will fall victim to procedure and legal technicalities. Who ever out there is prepared to step forward and be this child voice will have an uphill battle with red tape strangelhold on this child's life, before it's life has even begun.
What kind of a chance does he or she stand to live the kind of childhood every child deserves?
How was this possible to begin with? That is what has to change.
