Well...if it is the couple's egg AND sperm....I would think that she would almost have to adopt...I mean....if a DNA test were done it would be their baby....so they should be held liable....once the baby is born it is their child so if they would want to place it they should have to place it as though the mother gave birth.... BUT....if it is her egg and just his sperm he should now owe her child support as any other father would.... Kinda tricky...but those are my thoughts...
