I was born Jan. 18, 1971 in Huntsville, Tx (at least that's what I've been told- like I said, no hospital is listed). I have serious suspicions that I'm adopted because of a couple of odd things that were said to me when I was younger, the fact that I have never fit into my family and have always been an "outcast", the oddness of my birth certificate, the fact that my mother had an absolute fit when I asked her if I was adopted (that was when I was about 5- one of my earliest memories). Also, a search of TX divorce records shows my parents other divorces to other people, but not to each other. One of the reasons the site lists for the absence of records is adoption. My father has also told me there are things in the divorce papers my mother doesn't want me to see. Too many little things that keep building and building upon each other. I'm in such emotional turmoil trying to figure out if I want to flat out ask my dad or not.
