Currently, the EEAC list has been very quiet lately - a few new laws have been implemented in Bulgaria regarding foreign adoption. I have that if you are interested.
The other Bulgarian Adoption list is the one on Topica -
www.topica.com It is run by a former client of Wasatch Adoption agency. I can't recall her email off the top of my head. The Topica list is a very convivial group of folks who are very kind and helpful.
