Thanks so much for those links!!!! Where they really didn't help all that much there was a pop up on one of them that really did help!! I was able to get a attorney to take my case for a total of $600!!!! And since retaining him he has been able to locate my ex so that we can get this thing rolling for minimal cost and without him knowing what is going on before he is served with the termination paperwork! But I wanted to thank you all for all the responses, and helpful advice. It really does pay to shop around and know what you are talking about before talking to attorneys! Thanks again!!!
