Hi Pat:

I too am new to this group. I have completed my home study and had almost finished my Guatemalan Dossier when the changes with the Hague started taking place. My home study agency suggested that I look into Kazakhstan, Russia and the Republic of Georgia. I would love any general information about Kazakhstan, as well as agencies to consider if that is appropriate in this forum. Also, I know that FAS is a concern for Russia. Is this a concern for Kazakhstan as well?
