No US agency
Hi,
I wanted to clarify what I meant by not using an agency to adopt through Ecuador. What I meant is that I would like to go through a licensed agency in Ecuador but not necessarily a stateside agency. Do you know if this is possible? I know that in some countries there are orphanages that are licensed to do adoptions anywhere in the world and you don't have to go through another agency that is in your home country.
Does that make sense?
