He was adopted about 5 years old. His name is Charles James Peters Jr, and his birth mother name is Mary ( last name I dunno ). Our biological father named Charles James Peters, but he just died last November. I need to find him so bad regarding a pension funds consultation is trying to search him also. He got blonde hair, blue eyes, and looks like me. Ha!
He was born approximately year of 1970, in New Jersey and should be 32 years old by now.

I never had an experience having a brother in my whole life, I would LOVE to reunite him and introduce him to my family ( 2 boys ) and hes gonna be Uncle.
