I agree. I understand your excitement and anticipation at meeting your biological family, but please be careful of your adoptive family's feelings. I've read many posts lately by adoptive mothers who feel rejected and dismissed by their children, and this makes me very sad.
If you had a good upbringing, please remember it now. Your adoptive parents love you, just as your birthparents do. Don't neglect them in all the excitement of finding your birthfamily.
