My little girl takes off her diaper also and then comes and tells me she did a stinkie. How funny that your son is doing that also. I'm not pushing the potty thing either right now. Time will come fast enough. I just want to hold her, hug her, and treat her like a baby right now.
By the way, I heard the M&M work well for boys. My daughter's birthmom told me that is how she potty trained her son.
