I am not familiar with that particular agency but I too am in Michigan and my husband and I have been working with European Adoption Consultants, Inc. out of Cleveland, OH. Their Michigan Director has adopted from Russia through EAC. Also, your social worker that would do your home study used to work as the Michigan Director for the agency. She really knows her stuff if you get in a bind and need to call her in a pinch. If you go on their web site
