I am a new Foster/Adopt mom looking for others for mutual support. My husband and I are adopting a sometimes wonderful/sometimes difficult 9 year old boy through DFS.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone with any wisdom or insight into this. It has been a long hard road to get this far, and it appears it is going to be even harder from here on in.
I will appreciate any replies. There are days right now when anyone friendly is a change from what I am dealing with at home!
